30 Day Journaling Challenge

Free guide to journaling
A picture Randy took of me back in 2014 with my stack of journals.

When it comes to journaling, I am a believer.  As I have written in a recent blog postjournaling is the heartbeat of my creative life.  It is the starting point for every good idea I have ever had.  It is the way I reflect on and process my life.  It is like a mirror for the real me.  When I write down my life, and when I read it back, I am reminded of who I truly am.

I have written about my lifelong love for keeping journals in a post called Journaling, Or the Story of My Life.

Keeping a journal has been a life-changing practice for me.  And I believe it can be for you as well.  And so…I would like to propose a 30-Day Journaling Challenge.  This will be the simplest challenge you have ever taken on.  It requires nothing more than a pen, some paper, and ten minutes a day for the next 30 days.  (And when I say 30 days, I mean roughly 30 days…  If you miss a day, pick up the next and keep going.)

Interested, but don’t know how to start or what to write about?  I’m so glad to hear that, because I have a gift just for you!  It is a little booklet that I recently wrote and published on my blog for subscribers called Writing Down Life, A Guide to Becoming a Journaler in 10 Minutes a Day.  It is an easy-to-read, down-to-earth, super simple how-to journaling booklet, and it will literally get you started on writing your story today.

If you would like to take on the challenge, I would love to know about it.  You can post on my Facebook page, or leave me a comment, or send me an email.  If you would like to download the free guide to journaling, simply subscribe to my blog below and you will be directed instantly to your free little book.

If this post resonates with you, I truly hope this little book will cause you to open up a journal and start moving the pen across the page.  It is really that simple to begin recording the story that only you can write.

Love and Happiest of New Years,

Mackenzie
