School is over. Meetings are done. Swing set is installed. Sandbox is in place. Space is freed up on the computer. Bags are packed. I have hardly had a moment to think about how much life is about to change for us. Our summer has begun. It really feels like the most important summer of our lives so far. I am going to have a baby any day now. How having a boy will change us, I can only imagine. My priorities for the next three months are as follows:
1. Have a healthy baby, with peace and great joy.
2. Be a good mother, which involves getting all of us in this family on a good schedule and figuring out how to manage three little ones with only two arms.
3. Help Randy record a 17-song album, which mostly involves staying out of his way and letting him work. And not asking to borrow one of his arms too often.
Things have fallen into place beautifully for us. We are so excited to be doing exactly what we are meant to do in life. Thank you to all of you who have contributed (financially, word of mouth, encouragement, prayers, etc.) to the most important summer of our life so far.
